Salmon & Bear is a neighbourhood restaurant, famous for cooking fish & steak over charcoal in the Mibrasa oven. We serve simple, honest food that you’ll want to enjoy again and again. Discovered on a trip to Spain, most of our food is cooked in the Mibrasa oven - a coal fired beast that harnesses the power of fire and flame to impart a delicate smoky flavour.
